Whether your goals may be to improve mood, relationships, or behaviors, I will likely show you various pathways to improvement, and then support your choices. My approach usually shifts communication more positively within 2 or 3 sessions. For individual therapy I use similar positive approaches.
My seminary ministry training (Presbyterian) is valued by many with spiritual/religious concerns. Respect for each client's values/perspectives (not-religious/anti-religious/whatever) is foundational in my therapy. Also, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), a potent/fast therapy for anxiety helps many. Please call for questions.
