Hello! I graduated with a degree in nursing from Santa Monica College in 2009. Since that time, I’ve worked in several hospital settings including intensive care. I finished my first masters degree as and Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist in 2017 from California State University at Dominguez Hills and started managing extremely sick people in a long-term acute care hospital One universal I’ve seen throughout my many different careers in and out of healthcare is that the presence (or absence) of good mental health care spells the difference between success and failure in any environment.

Jennifer is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has an extensive nursing career that transitioned into psychiatry in 2018 when she realized her passion for helping individuals with mental health concerns and substance abuse. She has diagnosed, treated and managed all major psychiatric disorders and varieties of mental illness and addiction. She prefers an integrative approach that not only includes medication management but non-pharmacological methods, such as nutrition, complimentary alternative modalities and therapy.

She strives to treat each one as a family member and not as just a client, every one of us are different and unique. When she is not working, Dr. Mormile enjoys exploring and listening to music. She was trained as a classical pianist but has more fun playing the banjo or flatpicking fiddle tunes on her guitar. She likes to be outside hiking, but doesn't always have time for that.

Dr. Brown earned his Bachelor's degree in history from Southwestern University and his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He completed a residency in general psychiatry at the University of North Carolina Medical Center and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Texas Dell Medical School.
