To build treatment plans in partnership with you I take the time to understand your concerns, goals, values, strengths, challenges, and preferences as well as providing the information you need to understand and make informed decisions about your diagnosis and treatment options. I also value and foster the provider-patient relationship by always being honest with you and by not judging you.
As an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I can offer my patients more than medication alone. CBT, coaching, and psychoeducation can help you adapt to a world that was not built with the ADHD brain in mind. This service is optional and meant to provide more focused time than a 30-minute follow-up can allow.
My practice is In partnership with Mindful Therapy Group; beyond providing psychiatric services (including evaluation and medication management) and mental health/ADHD coaching, MTG provides access to many excellent therapists. Our office is located and open for in-person appointments in Denver and serves all of Colorado via telehealth
