It’s not easy when you are feeling alone; like no one understands you or what you have been through. The therapy session is yours, not mine, and we go at a pace that is comfortable to you.
Various techniques and therapeutic methods are tailored to meet your specific needs. I work collaboratively with my clients to help find a solution or a better way to cope with their struggles. Together we try various coping skills and we build on strengths that are already present. We instill hope and understanding; that you are not alone on this journey.
I especially enjoy working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. One of my passions is working with couples to help them reconnect and find each other all over again.
