In therapy, I support you in improving these relationships in order to achieve healing and change.
I work with a variety of issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and personal development. I am LGBTQ-affirming and poly/kink friendly. Additionally, I specialize in working with people who are healing from childhood trauma and/or trauma in adulthood. Helping people find themselves after painful life events is the joy of my work.
