Opening up to your friends or family can be hard. By being warm, empathic, and non-judgmental, I provide a safe space where you can express yourself and feel seen and understood. Our work together can help you heal, get to know yourself better, find the strength to face difficulties, deepen communication with others, and ultimately lead a more aware, fulfilling life.
I have extensive postgraduate training in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis, and a wide range of experience, including outpatient clinic and private practice, teaching and supervision. As a former refugee who built a Wall Street career and then moved on to become a psychoanalyst, I am sensitive to the challenges of life transitions and reinventing oneself.
I work with young adults at crossroads, struggling to figure out who they are and what they want in life. I help individuals and couples navigate their relationships.
