I am an experienced psychotherapist and practice in a neutral, non- judgmental way. If you are looking to gain a deeper understanding of your internal struggles or feel a greater sense of personal fulfillment, I can help you. I have worked with people with a variety of concerns; including, trauma, emotional dysregulation, identity concerns, difficulty in relationships, addictions and managing mental illness. I have extensive postgraduate training in adult, child and adolescent psychotherapy. My practice is limited to adult (individuals and couples) and teens. I work with people to receive out of network insurance reimbursement.
