As a psychologist & psychotherapist, my goal is to help you best help yourself. My approach to psychological wellbeing focuses on the whole person & is personalized to you. In addition to psychotherapy, I offer ADHD & autism (ASD) diagnostic assessments. I work with many people of all ages with many concerns, ranging from existential or relationship, confidence, all the way to psychological disorders such as schizophrenia, OCD, & depression.
