I work with individuals of all ages, families and couples. I am a highly skilled and creative psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor. With a long history of working with under 25s and families in a variety of settings, including a busy CAMHS/ NHS partnership organisation, I am able to offer many years of valuable experience with young people.
I am an easy going practitioner with a sense of humour who believes that everyone has it in them to understand more about themselves, helping them to improve relationships and to feel better. I have a broad range of experience gathered over the years but know the value of engaging each person in a flexible and creative way that will work for them.
