Hello, I'm Matt - a BACP(accred) Therapist offering 121 sessions for adults 18+. I offer a safe, calm, confidential and non-judgemental space, to support you with what is causing you difficulty. I'll help you to gain insight, understanding, and to try to find a way forward. I understand it can be hard to take that first step to start counselling, and find a Therapist whom you will feel comfortable to talk through what is troubling you. My approach integrates different models of therapy, anchored in Person Centred, T.A. & Gestalt, with the focus always on what is most helpful to you.
