I first discovered counselling when I was referred to one many years ago. The experience for me was life changing. It was one of my first relationships that valued my choices and it and me gave me the tools, knowledge and courage to make changes in my life. I believe no one will know the truth about themselves until you find it by yourself. In doing so will give you greater value and empower you to make your own choices.
I work with a variety of issues but each one, as you are, is individual to you and so is my approach. I will work with you at your pace in whatever way you feel comfortable, some clients like to set goals, some just want a safe place where they can process their thoughts and feelings it is set at your pace by you.
This can be a very difficult thing to do, to reach out to someone you do not know but what I will do is give you the safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings and work with you in making the changes that you wish to do.
