I have 15 years experience providing trauma-informed, collaborative, and anti-oppressive approach. Using an EMDR approach, I support survivors of sexual abuse/violence, childhood trauma, flashbacks, anxiety, depression, setting boundaries and other relationship challenges. Together, you can (re)find a connection to yourself and/or others.

As a granddaughter of Holocaust survivors, I've grappled with the impact of violence on my family. Understanding my identities as a white, Jewish, cisgender woman, and mother informs how I see the world.
