Although you may have similar relationship desires to other couples, you are probably also navigating complexities around family & cultural expectations along with the different ways you or your partner's upbringing may be impacting how you show up in your relationship. This in turn could be bringing up a mix of emotions for you and your partner such as resentment, loneliness or guilt. You might also feel stuck on where or who to turn to with your challenges due to the fear of being judged.

Life can be challenging at times. We all need to explore those issues that have an impact on our mental health and daily functioning. I have helped many individuals explore strategies to better cope with their personal situations.
