Hi there! I’m Tavneet, a Registered Psychotherapist who offers in-person, video and phone counselling at Relationship Therapy Centre in Mississauga. I hold experience in supporting individuals (8 years old and up) and couples. I view therapy as a collaborative approach where we work together to best support you and the relationships in your life. I hope to create an environment that is safe, non-judgemental, and empathetic for you to share in. In our work together, you will come to find my approach is rooted in cultural sensitivity, consideration, and collaboration.

I am a caring, dedicated Masters level registered Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist who works to help people navigate difficulties, build strengths and coping strategies, and emerge from life struggles stronger, wiser, and more resilient than before. I will work with you to develop the most effective goal setting plans and interventions tailored to meet your unique situation.

I hold 3 degrees and several counseling certifications which include a Master's Degree in Social Work from University of Toronto, Bachelor of Social Work Degree from the University of Windsor and Bachelor of Arts from Western University and Human Resource Professional Certificate from Sheridan College. I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. My experience profile has several decades specializations in paediatrics and child and family counselling.
