Whether you're struggling with personal or relational difficulties, complex issues, or a clinical diagnosis, I offer individuals, couples, families, and children a safe and confidential space to be heard and understood. Ultimately, my goal as a therapist is to work with you and/or your loved ones to support real and lasting change, so that you can live a life with ease.
As a certified music therapist and registered psychotherapist, I aim to support clients with a variety of musical and/or non-musical interventions that best suit their unique set of needs. While talk therapy is proven to be an extremely effective tool for many, I also believe in the healing benefits of music and the arts when we're at a loss of words.
Life can be hard, and sometimes, it may feel more difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am here to remind you that you are not alone. You deserve to feel respected, heard, and valued. I look forward to supporting you on your journey and assisting you through whatever battle you may be facing. Talk soon…
