Hi there! I’m Tavneet, the eldest daughter of an immigrant family. My identity was shaped around the role I played in my family. As a Registered Psychotherapist I offer in-person and virtual at Himmat Counselling Centre. I have experience in supporting individuals (8 years old and up) and couples.
