We are a team of Registered Social Workers, Registered Psychotherapists, Registered Marriage and Family Therapists and Interns who offer individual, couple and family therapy. We offer a safe, non-judgemental environment where we generate conversations that facilitate new possibilities for you, your relationships and life. We are committed to hearing, supporting and gently but appropriately challenging you. We utilize different approaches (including but not limited to person-centred, emotion-focused, solution focused, narrative, CBT etc.) based on the uniqueness of clients, and their needs and hopes for our work together.
Collaboratively, we will create a treatment plan towards meaningful and sustainable change. We specialize in supporting clients with life transitions (break ups, relationship shifts, career changes etc.), relationship conflicts, trauma, depression, anxiety, low-self-esteem, cultural/racial identity challenges, and hopes to better understand self and more.
