We provide psychotherapy to support emotional distress, but not limited to anxiety, lack of motivation, sadness or depression, grief, feeling overwhelmed, feeling stuck in your life and relationship issues. With over 15 years of specialized experience working with women, children, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and trauma, I employ various approaches to healing including Trauma Informed Care, CBT, Solution Focused and Mindfulness. In addition, I practice from a compassionate, collaborative, non-judgemental, and culturally sensitive approach.
