One tool I frequently engage is EMDR, an evidence-based treatment. EMDR efficiently addresses multiple issues including PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-criticism, traumatic incidences, connection and attachment challenges, addictive behaviors, feeling stuck and powerless, bereavement, medical issues and others.

I have over 15 years experience in social services. Additional areas of focus include marketing, natural health, yoga, research, education, and program development in domestic violence and LGBTQQI communities and other underserved populations. My meditation background plays a role in the space I hold and I'm happy to offer related tools if interested.
