Bodacious Boundaries
Bodacious Boundaries is a 6-week online therapy group for adult California residents, Aug. 22-Sept. 26, 2023. In Bodacious Boundaries, you’ll: 1.) Learn practical info, including how to deal with people who disrespect your boundaries 2.) Explore and upgrade your boundaries with art, creative writing, and Somatic Experiencing (body-based mindfulness, movement, and skill building) 3.) Gain insight with weekly journaling prompts to work on between sessions 4.) Give and receive support from a like-minded group of people (capped at 10 participants to keep the group small and intimate). Registration open through Aug. 15.
