My goal is to support your growth and help you examine the impact of the cultural systems in which we live. I often treat clients who suffer from anxiety and OCD, and I help them understand how cultural systems may have reinforced those conditions. While anxiety is a natural part of the human experience, too much can be maladaptive. Influenced by evidence-based and Buddhist mindfulness approaches, I help clients examine and confront the sources of their anxiety, find better ways to manage it, and ultimately pursue a life that is consistent with their values.
