I specialize in helping clients explore the internal tension between collectivistic and individualistic socialization, and I’m passionate about supporting people who live at the intersection of multiple experiences, while also welcoming clients from all backgrounds.

My counseling approach is grounded in compassionate presence. I draw from humanistic and multicultural counseling, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, feminist theory, CBT, DBT, positive psychology, mindfulness, creativity, career counseling, spirituality, and trauma-informed practice. I tailor therapy to meet each client’s needs and unique cultural context.

I often work with adults navigating identity, life transitions, trauma, stress, relationships, and self-esteem.
