I see adults, children and families in SF and Marin. I offer clients compassion and kindness while working through personal or family issues. In general, my approach is insight oriented, psychodynamic and solution based. My clients say I am excellent at understanding both psychological and interpersonal issues in a non-judgmental environment. I have excellent rapport with parents/children. I am trained in Parent Coordination,, Co-Parent Counseling, with have expertise in high conflict divorce, court orders, and children who refuse/resist a parent.
My 27 years of experience have focused on adults and children with a multitude of problems; difficulties with life transitions, varying diagnosis, (ADHD, depression, anxiety and bereavement). I specialize in divorce and parent coaching. I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, while providing a comfortable and supportive environment.
My practice is currently focused on children & adult psychotherapy, parent coaching, and families experiencing a high conflict divorce. My background in child and adult psychotherapy, bereavement and trauma make me be unique in my ability to help others during difficult transitions in life. I often have long and enduring relationships with my clients.
