My approach is straightforward, client-centered and incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, emotional regulation/mindfulness, and solution focused modalities. Often our work to address your current challenges will also involve some exploration of your family dynamics and childhood.
My over 15 years of work as a therapist has allowed my to develop a deep level of empathy and understanding.
