I specialize in couples' work and sexuality, and also have extensive experience with families, at-risk youth, depression, ADHD and trauma. Clinical style is client-centered, solution-focused and reality based, with a certain dose of humor. I also offer EMDR therapy. Straight and LGBTQ communities are welcome. Fee ranges from $80-100, with limited sliding scale fee available for some circumstances. Most insurance plans accepted.

You're tired, broken, and weary from trying and failing again and again. Sexual addiction has promised you the world but robbed you of your soul. At times it seems hopeless. You’ve questioned if it’s even possible to be free. This is an understandable sentiment. Sexual addiction is a beast. But despite how impossible it may seem, true freedom can be achieved. My approach addresses three areas of the problem to help you discover lasting freedom. I want to empower you to have control over urges, help you find the roots of the problem and remove them, and ultimately help you change your relationship with sex.

I support individuals struggling with ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, low-self worth, sexual issues, and grief as well as work with couples who need support navigating through challenging situations such as infidelity, reestablishing intimacy, sexless relationships, or problematic sexual behaviors. Everyone at some point in their life experiences struggles, fears, relationship issues, or life transitions.
