While I enjoy working with clients of varying backgrounds and ages (and all are welcome in my practice), I specialize in working with those who are suffering from anxiety, complex trauma, sex- and sexuality-related concerns, and who are aged 16+. You can expect me to be observant, empathic, professional, ethical, responsive, and LGBTQ+ affirming.
I work with individuals, romantic partners, and families using a combination of bottom-up and top-down approaches and strive for both compassion and progress, adjusting my approach to the person or people in front of me. The therapy models that I incorporate into my work include emotionally-focused therapy, family systems theory, psychodynamic, and ART.
