My goal as your therapist is to help individuals, couples and families take the necessary steps needed to heal via helping them re-author their story. The work I do with people involves helping them heal through facing their hard truths. Through my experience with personal hardships and what society would see as failures, I have come to the realization that perfection is an illusion and a more realistic obtainable goal is to strive for excellence – meaning continually trying to do your best.

Each person has his or her own unique story, and this requires the therapist to place himself or herself aside and create a safe space for the client to explore and heal. As I work towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist, I enjoy working with a wide range of clientele including children, families, couples, and individuals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Addictions Counselor and Life Coach. I am certified as a Master Addictions Counselor and a Counselor Supervisor. I am passionate about helping patients function at their absolute highest potential. In my clinical practice, I specialize in outpatient mental health services, opioid dependency therapy as well as individual. I work with adults, adolescents, families, from diverse backgrounds and a wide range of emotional, behavioral and adjustment problems, such as anxiety, addiction, depression, personality disorders, relationship issues and stress.

I am Belle McClain, a therapist at Modern Wellness FC who works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My therapy room is one that provides safety, comfort, and space for every person who enters. I strive to be an advocate and provide validation to those I work with, helping them create their own change in the presence of trust and authentic care. I work with individuals dealing with postpartum depression/anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and more. Hi, I am a License Professional Counselor Associate who works with adolescents and adults. I believe counseling is a cohesive relationship that helps individuals, couples, families, and groups accomplish mental health wellness and career/life goals. I really connect well with older adolescences and young adults who need help adjusting to all the changes (both positive and negative in life). Additionally, I have experience working with adults who struggle with conditions like anxiety, depression, and PTSD and couples with premarital counseling and couples counseling.
