Hi, I am a License Professional Counselor who works with adolescents and adults. I believe counseling is a cohesive relationship that helps individuals, couples, families, and groups accomplish mental health wellness and career/life goals. I really connect well with older adolescences and young adults who need help adjusting to all the changes (both positive and negative in life). Additionally, I have experience working with adults who struggle with conditions like anxiety, depression, and PTSD and couples with premarital counseling and couples counseling.
My clinical approach is multicultural and solution-focused. I want to make sure everyone feels welcome and validated. I believe there is no one size fits all model for mental health wellness, which is why I am passionate about getting to know each client and tailoring our sessions to them specifically.
It is not easy to open up and face all the dark areas in your life with a complete stranger but the first step is the hardest. After each session it gets easier and it is so rewarding to heal from pass traumas and learn to cope with new ones.
