I have a passion for working with teens and young adults that are working through their journey of self-discovery. Whether that means you’re trying to find your place in the LGBTQ+ community or trying to figure out career plans and goals for your life. I am here to help you gain clarity and insight out of what can be very overwhelming emotions.
I am here to walk with you in your journey. Together we can sort through and heal the traumas you might not have realized are lying below the surface and are impacting your daily life. Maybe that means that you’ve been lashing out at the people closest to you and you don’t know why. Maybe you’ve been feeling numb and don’t know why or how to fix it.
My therapy style is affirming and adaptive to my client’s needs. Therapy is a hard process but I am committed to being with you each step of the way. We will walk through your healing journey without judgment and we will care for your inner child along the way. Therapy takes time and we will take it at the speed that is comfortable for you.
