Healing the Mother Wound

Do you have an unhealthy relationship with your mother? Do you feel smothered? Abandoned? Rejected? Manipulated? Abused? Are you your mother's mother? Admitting to having a negative relationship with your mother is one of the hardest things to do because it is very unpopular; however, many have not been loved well by the first person they ever loved: their own mother. In this group we work to heal ourselves from the deep wounds caused by unwell mothers. We talk honestly about our feelings. We take steps to change our relationships, and change our lives.

Men's Group Coaching

Lead by Rev. Louis Negron, or "Coach Lou", the men's group supports men in creating more mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. The group covers a variety of topics including: self-esteem, financial wellness, leadership, family relationships, childhood trauma, sexuality, career, and more. The group is organic and the topics discussed each week are based on what participants bring to the group. We acknowledge that brotherhood is important to whole-life well-being. This men-only group meets for 10-weeks and supports men in healing themselves and becoming the kings they are meant to be!
