Wellness Resets Virtual Group
The Course is offered on the 3rd Saturday monthly and designed to help you on your journey to recovery. The course is focused on reconstructing our thoughts and patterns of behavior in a way that fosters grounding provides clarity and empowerment. You are already WHOLE. You are not broken, and YOU do not need to be fixed before you can “get it together.” You just need a reset.
