I am passionate about supporting those in transitioning roles such as college, young adulthood, work, parenting, relationships/marriage, empty-nesting, and grief. The goal of our work together will be to make the specific, positive changes you desire.

I'll share tools to help you manage difficult emotions (dialectical behavior therapy/DBT). We'll collaborate in identifying strengths, gaining mindfulness skills, finding life balance, and in practicing self-care and compassion.
