I am an experienced clinical psychologist and supervisor, well-versed in telehealth; I am also an Active Duty Veteran and currently serve in the PA Army National Guard. We have a staff providers who are well trained and available via telehealth or in-person. Patient populations of focus include Veterans, Military, and First Responders. Additional areas of expertise are other public safety activities including treatment of patients who are justice involved, those with substance use disorder, and providing evidence based care for trauma, depression, stress and adjustment issues, as well as relationship and marriage concerns.

Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed and Board-Certified Therapist in Maryland and Pennsylvania with 10 years of professional work experience. I am a certified, as well as a lifelong, practitioner of meditation and yoga. My clinical experience comes from providing direct mental health and behavioral counseling for young children, teens, and adults with a variety of presenting issues including stress/anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship and family issues, trauma recovery, racialized and intergenerational trauma recovery, mood instability, ADHD and gender identity.

My approach to therapy begins with meeting the individual where they are in their lives and creating a safe, non-judgmental space to work on identifying strengths and challenges. I have worked with a diverse group of individuals with a variety of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, relationship and family struggles, stress management, substance abuse, and issues relating to the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. As a former Division I & professional athlete, I have a special interest in working with competitive athletes. I incorporate strengths-based, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, CBT, & ACT therapeutic models within my practice.
