I’m glad you found my page! My name is Sage (they/them). Have you ever felt outcast from those around you, or less than others based on the intersectionality of your identities and how you present yourself? You may feel that nobody will understand that coming out later in life is possible- you are not alone. As a non-binary, pan, ace, neurodivergent and disabled therapist, I have lived experience with where you are right now. When you come to see me, you will be met with non-judgment, empathy, connection, and compassion. You are always welcome to come as you are. Outside the therapy room I love nature, dance, and fostering animals!

If you schedule with me, you will find that I'm an open, honest person who creates a warm, safe space for you to explore anything and everything that brought you here. I help people untangle their suffering from their daily lives.

Every life has its own obstacles. Finding a healthy way to move through or past these obstacles ultimately determines our happiness. I utilize a skills based approach to treatment, with my goal being to work with my clients to decrease their symptoms, restore balance and improve overall quality of life. Integrating complementary techniques, I offer an eclectic and highly personalized approach, tailored to each individual client's situation. With compassion, humor, and understanding, I work with each client to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

I am a Psychotherapist, Nutrition Therapist & Exercise Physiologist. With the Client/Therapist Relationship at CORE, I provide Individualized, Integrative Care: Eating Disorders, Trauma, Mood, Relationships, Transitions -acknowledging & encouraging growth of diverse values &/or needs, I use an Eclectic Therapeutic Approach –including Person-Centered, Mindfulness, Expressive (art, music, movement, writing), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, RO-DBT, Existential, Narrative, EMDR, Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Nutrition Therapy –Intuitive Eating/HAES (Health at Any Size) & Medical Nutrition Therapy.

I work with people who want to reclaim the story of their lives. Some of us lost years fulfilling someone else's narrative- -but it's never too late to become yourself. You can determine the genre of story you live in, the type of protagonist you become. I try to help people navigate the excitement of infinite potential and the terror of infinite choice.
