I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I work with individuals struggling with feelings of sadness, anxiety, rejection, fear, abandonment, and much more. Everyone experiences negative emotions, however sometimes people need help to cope with, and heal from past life experiences. I also work with couples who are experiencing many of the same emotions, within their romantic relationship.

I've been in the field of social services for over 25 years, and I've had the good fortune to work in many different settings and with a vast array of populations. As a therapist I create environments that help people feel safe and supported and assist people in building motivation towards positive change. My clinical work is grounded in research and evidence-based practices, and I always work at a pace that is tailored to your unique situation and goals. My approach to therapy is warm, individualized, compassionate, and flexible. I'm a humble man with a good sense of humor, and I'm sensitive yet direct when I communicate.

Footprints was started by a therapist who realized that often times the services provided to low socio-economic communities is lacking quality care. We noticed these communities were confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved.
