As a licensed mental health counselor I specialize in multicultural counseling, individual therapy treating disorders such as substance abuse, personality disorders, anxiety, phobias, trauma and couples counseling. As we move into a new and different world I imagine it can be hard for some of us to develop new coping skills to manage living in this new world. I am here to help navigate and guide you and your loved ones through these difficult times. I also provide home visits for the elderly who just can't leave their home yet still need someone to talk. More details will be provided during the intake.
When life is just too much to handle I can be the person you reach out to when you need someone to listen to you pain. Someone who does not judge. I offer CBT, Reality Therapy and multicultural counseling. I integrate cultural concepts into my work for people from different cultural backgrounds.
I have worked with many different populations and I also come from a place of understanding as a POC. I know what it is like to struggle through life's many obstacles.
