I specialize in empowering teen girls as they journey through adolescence and enter young adulthood. I help girls develop the tools they need to have strong peer and family relationships, make healthy choices, build confidence/self-esteem, and Be Happy! My approach is proactive and preventive because adolescence is a time for learning and personal growth. My style is relaxed, friendly, and down-to-earth. From the moment your teen meets me, she will feel respected, accepted, and understood. Our work together will focus on skill and confidence building, NOT labels and stigma.
