Girls will gain the tools they need to have strong relationships, make healthy choices, build positive self-esteem, relieve stress, and cope with intense emotions. Girls will feel strong, confident, and empowered! Group will run for a series of 6 weekly, 60-minute sessions and is closed to new members once started.
