Hello! I've worked in mental health for 30 years. I have helped children and adolescents to change negative behavior patterns to improve social functioning. I've helped adults with various challenges to be successful in treatment. I've been a therapist for 7 years. My work and therapy experiences are such that I've seen/experienced or assisted many through some very difficult times.
