Are the present circumstances getting too stressful? There are so many changes of which we are not in control- job insecurity, fear of disease/death, separation from family members, and kids at home - every day, ALL day! (I am a Registered Play Therapist along with being a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.) Life's difficulties may have seemed manageable a few months ago, but now are overwhelming.
