You have the ability to rise above what is challenging you. My approach is very conversational. Through our conversations, healing happens, confidence is built, and lives are restored. I would like to help you reconnect with the best parts of yourself. In my private practice, I offer a variety of services including psychotherapy, comprehensive or specific neuropsychological evaluations and assessments for Federal, State, or private agencies.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including EMDR, brief therapy, client-centered, existential humanistic, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing that include: trauma treatment, life/social skills training, relaxation training, and assertiveness training. I have extensive training in both the 12- step mode and harm reduction model.
