I'm passionate to partner with you to receive mind/body/spirit healing that lasts, regardless of the amount of trauma or overwhelm you have experienced! You will learn holistic tools that supersede talk therapy to embody feeling whole and alive. I will empower you to shift your neurobiology throughout each day, allowing you gain the capacity to neutralize the painful life experiences your body has been storing. I specialize with neurophysiological healing from all forms of overwhelming life circumstances including prolonged trauma and dissociation.

I have over 30 years working in mental health and addiction. I work with individuals, couples, families, adolescents dealing with addiction, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, communication, boundaries, parenting, crisis intervention, trauma, relationship issues, women's issues, LGBLTQ+, work life issues and life transitions. I am strength based in my approach and strive to assist people to empower themselves and to have the courage to change the things they can. I have completed the three year intensive training in Somatic Experiencing (SE) qualifying me as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

I enjoy helping clients find new ways to heal and cope with difficult life situations. Each person has their own unique life story and experience, and I am humbled to walk alongside them. I am open to seeing individuals, couples, and families. I have over 25 years of experience. Most of us are faced with situations and issues at some point in our life we never dreamed would happen to us. As a therapist with over twenty-five years of experience I have helped and supported many individuals, couples and families work through issues ranging from anxiety and depression to infidelity, financial stress, illness and death, separation, interpersonal and family conflict, addictions, identity and sexuality issues, as well as abuse issues.

I have experience working with a culturally diverse population of individuals. My clients range from age 6 to age 65. Most of my experience is working with children, teens, young adults, adults, and families. I believe the greatest success is to accompany the client on their journey and to be the guide to navigate through the challenges of life. I regard the client to be the expert in their lives and it is important for them to discuss their goals and their expectations. My clients who experience the greatest success are motivated and ready to work, open-minded, flexible, introspective, honest, and trusting.

You, the client, are the priority of my psychology practice. I work as a Licensed Psychologist and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. My professional experiences have taught me that my passion is working with children and families. I have a wealth of knowledge in infant and child mental health. Also, I work with children who have trauma histories and the families that care for them. I have experience assisting with adoption issues, family work, anxiety, depression, PTSD, coping with life change, and child and adolescent mental health issues. Working collaboratively with parents is also an essential part of my therapy practice.

We are a Private Group Practice that adolescents and adults provide therapy to individuals with the diagnosis of anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar, self-image/esteem, gambling, difficulty adjusting to life stress, and trauma. We hold a dual license and experience in both mental health and chemical dependency.
