I'm passionate to partner with you to receive mind/body/spirit healing that lasts, regardless of the amount of trauma or overwhelm you have experienced! You will learn holistic tools that supersede talk therapy to embody feeling whole and alive. I will empower you to shift your neurobiology throughout each day, allowing you gain the capacity to neutralize the painful life experiences your body has been storing. I specialize with neurophysiological healing from all forms of overwhelming life circumstances including prolonged trauma and dissociation.
I utilize brainspotting, EMDR, AIR Network complex trauma model, Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and a variety of somatic and neuroscience techniques to facilitate healing of the neural pathways from which anxiety, depression and trauma triggers fire in the brain and nervous system.
I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 EMDR training as well as multiple advanced EMDR workshops to complete my EMDRIA certification in the near future. I especiallly enjoy utilizing meditation and listening prayer for clients who embrace a Jesus-centered theology of healing. I enjoy working with clients of all spiritual backgrounds.
