I enjoy helping clients find new ways to heal and cope with difficult life situations. Each person has their own unique life story and experience, and I am humbled to walk alongside them. I am open to seeing individuals, couples, and families. My interests include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self-worth, perfectionism, self-efficacy, chemical dependency, behavioral addiction, trauma, life transitions, grief, loss, faith, and any other obstacle that is ever-present in life today.
I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor since 2016, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor since 2024. My approach is primarily based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Thomistic Psychology. Although I actively utilize many different counseling theories to best fit client needs.
I am amazed by the courage, strength, and perseverance of the clients I have worked with over my 9-plus years of working in the addiction and mental health fields. I believe therapy is best when done in a judgment free, safe, and supportive environment. A positive therapeutic relationship is the foundation for quality counseling.
