I’m so glad you’re here. It takes courage to take that step into vulnerability and begin to work toward change and growth. Many of my clients show up feeling anxious, depressed, alone, struggling in relationships, or worn out from life's demands. Sometimes they feel exhausted from mood shifts they can't control, or an inner voice that won't quiet. These things can leave our mind AND our bodies weary.
I provide a safe and comfortable place to talk, learn, and plan for a more peaceful and happy future. My approach is non-judgmental, open-minded, and focused on instilling hope and confidence.
I graduated in 2014 with my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University in Massachusetts. I use an integrative approach to meet the individual needs those I work with. The methods I use most are drawn from cognitive, narrative, attachment, and client-centered theories. I am currently able to provide telehealth care in MN, WI, MT, and MA.
