Our team of therapists specialize in Feeding & Eating Disorders; as well as Body Dysmorphic disorder, and the host of other co-morbid disorders that often present along with an eating disorder. Seeking treatment for an eating disorder can be scary and you may be left wondering what you could uncover. As therapists our goal is to free you from your disorder, make your body a safe place to live, and remove rules the eating disorder uses to hold you captive.
All our eating disorder therapists are Certified in EDIT-1 as well as Brainspotting Level 1. We integrate intuitive eating approaches, ACT, CBT, FBT model, and IFS to treatment knowing eating disorder recovery happens within the family context.
Eating disorders are often a silent struggle wrapped in shame. You may feel alone, and misunderstood in your struggle. You may not be sure how to let go, or even afraid of what you may find if you let go. Having professional support is imperative to long-term recovery.
