Through an anti-oppressive lens and with a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities, I’ll help you develop healthy coping skills to move through life more easily even amid pain and struggle.
I work with teens and adults aged 14 and older experiencing any of the following: anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD/CPTSD, suicidal ideations, relationship conflicts, low self-esteem, transitions/big life changes and more.
I use a variety of evidence-based techniques including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy and Psychodynamic therapy.
