I have presented and trained individuals on such topics as; gratitude, suicide, sexual orientation, gender identity, trauma and loss, autism and positive behavior supports. As human beings, we are constantly striving toward becoming our most authentic selves. When we are living life authentically, we can envision a clear path toward what is truly important to us, and can build a life filled with purpose and joy. This journey toward authenticity can become complicated by challenges such as life stressors, past trauma, mental health issues, and more. I’m a Mental Health Professional, Certified Life Coach, and former Athlete. I have spent the beginning of my career gaining experience in the mental health field. I have experience in working with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, depression, substance abuse, psychotic disorders, autism spectrum disorder, cognitive deficits, and various other mental health conditions. I also have multiple years of experience lifting weights and exercising as I lost nearly 100 lbs in a body transformation.

Penny Lantz has 30+ yrs of rich experience evaluating & treating children (birth on up) as well as teenagers. I also support adults/parents. I will complete a comprehensive evaluation which will allow you & I to look at what your child needs & how to best meet these needs. I also have experience dealing with the medical field and school systems. I can help you navigate these systems to make sure your child/student needs are successfully met. As a psychotherapist, I will support you & your child through sessions which may include individual, 1 on 1 psychotherapy, family or couples counseling. Child sessions will include play therapy.

Dr. Sepsey is a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of Meraki Psychological Services. She serves children, teens, parents, and emerging adults in Michigan and California. Dr. Sepsey offers therapeutic intervention, neurodevelopmental evaluation, and school advocacy services. She has acquired advanced training at leading institutions including Stanford University and Children’s Hospital of Michigan, where she has gained clinical specialization in working with pediatric chronic pain and illness, as well as supporting individuals across the lifespan to navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and autism.

I’m dedicated to empowering teens and young adults as they navigate LGBTQ+ identity, disability, Autism (including PDA and high-masking profiles), ADHD, and anxiety. I am a special needs parent, with a young adult son with Autism; and another young adult daughter that is LGBTQ+.
