Therapy is a deeply personal journey that requires a therapist who is able to adapt, presume competence, and be willing to learn and grow alongside their clients. While so many neurodivergent folks struggle to find a therapist who “speaks their language,” my client report that they feel heard and deeply understood. I utilize neurodivergent-affirming, strengths-based practices to meet folks where they are, develop self-awareness, and empower movement toward personal goals. I support clients aged 6-100 who are looking to make changes with support and find contentment and joy in life.
Specialties: Anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental disabilities, platonic/romantic relationships, sexual health, trauma, transitions, school/work-based concerns, and parenting/family systems challenges. I provide 1:1 therapy, parent/caregiver support, small group support, workshops, and neurodivergent-affirming trainings and consultation.
