You or your child are always at the center of your treatment. I offer ADHD and Autism assessments that are neurodiversity affirming. Together we can combine our tools to create a plan that will help you take navigating your life to the next level. To do this, I use EMDR, SSP, IFS, DBT, CBT, and other therapy modalities as needed.

Welcome to my teen DnD Social Flourishing Group! If your teen struggles with social isolation, making friends, anxiety around people, or other issues related to social interactions this is the group for them! We will use tabletop role-playing games dynamically to help your teen grow socially at their own pace in a controlled environment. Plus, who doesn't like to have some fun while learning how to flourish? My hope is that you see this and feel inspired to have your teen grow with a community of their peers! The group is covered by insurance!
